Terms of Service

Hafiz Imran Pharmacy is a licensed pharmacy operating in Faisalabad, Pakistan, and online for delivery nationwide. Our pharmacist is registered under the Pakistani Pharmacy Act.

You must be 18 or older to register or place an order. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that any prescription you upload was issued to you (or to a person you are ordering for with their consent) by a registered medical practitioner.

You’re responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for any activity that happens under your account. Notify us at hafizimranpharmacy@gmail.com immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order — for example, if a product is out of stock, a prescription cannot be verified, the delivery address is outside our service area, or there is a pricing error. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, the amount is refunded in full to the original payment method (typically within 7 business days).

Prescription medicines are dispensed only against a valid prescription written by a registered medical practitioner. Your order will not be dispatched until our pharmacist verifies the prescription. We may contact you to clarify dosing or to substitute an out-of-stock brand for a clinically equivalent generic, with your consent. We may refuse the order if the prescription is incomplete, illegible, expired, or appears altered.

Prices shown are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include all applicable taxes. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay; we do not add hidden fees. Shipping charges (where applicable) are shown before you confirm the order.

We accept Cash on Delivery, JazzCash, and Easypaisa. Online payments are processed by the respective gateways under their own terms; we never see or store your full card or wallet credentials.

• Local delivery within Faisalabad — typically same-day, within 2–4 hours of confirmation during business hours.
• In-store pickup — your order is ready at the counter within ~1 hour of confirmation. Bring your order code (e.g., HIP-XXXXXX) and any prescription.
• Nationwide shipping — 1–3 business days via TCS or Leopards. Tracking number is added to your order page once dispatched.

Delivery times are best estimates. Weather, public holidays, courier delays, or verification issues can extend them.

For safety reasons, medicines cannot be returned once dispatched, except where:

• You received the wrong item.
• The product arrived damaged or with broken seal.
• The product is past its expiry date.

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hafizimranpharmacy@gmail.com with your order code and a photo of the issue. Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days, or replaced with the correct item at no extra cost.

You can cancel an order before it is dispatched (typically within ~30 minutes of placing it) by emailing us with your order code. Once an order has shipped or been picked up, the returns policy in section 8 applies.

Information shown on this site (product descriptions, dosing notes, usage guidance) is for general reference only and does not replace professional medical advice. Always consult a doctor or qualified pharmacist before starting, stopping, or changing any medication. Self-medication can be dangerous.

You agree not to:

• Order prescription medicines without a valid prescription.
• Resell items you bought from us as a wholesaler or unauthorised distributor.
• Probe, scan, scrape, or otherwise abuse the site, its database, or our APIs.
• Submit false personal information or false prescriptions.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

All content on this site (logos, copy, photos, code) is owned by Hafiz Imran Pharmacy or its licensors and protected by Pakistani and international copyright law. You may not copy, redistribute, or use it commercially without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of your use of the site or an order is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (loss of business, loss of data, etc.).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Faisalabad.

We may update these Terms as our service evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use of the site after a material update means you accept the new Terms.
